RAICES
has become well known for energetic works which remain
true to the tradition of Mexican dances. The Managing Director administers the growth of the
company while the Artistic Directors collaborate to
implement Raices repertoire and provide quality
instruction to its members. Raices prides itself in
implementing RAZA (Rafael Zamarripa) technique into
regular rehearsals.
RAICES is a Non Profit organization
based out of Sacramento California with a Mission to
Preserve and Present Traditional and Contemporary Mexican
Dance. RAICES welcomes all adults over 16 Years of age
into our general Membership. All that is needed is an
interest in learning Folklorico and a dedication to attend
practices. |
